California Transparency in Supply Chains Act

The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB 657) (“Act”) became effective January 1 2012 in the State of California. The Act requires that companies manufacturing and retail sellers doing business in the state of California disclose their efforts to eliminate slavery and human trafficking from their direct supply chains.

At Fancy Infinity, we hold ourselves and our vendors accountable to high ethical standards and as such, we have principles under which we expect our suppliers to operate. We do not tolerate human trafficking, forced labor nor child labor and a zero-tolerance policy is in full effect. Fancy Infinity works diligently to ensure our products are produced ethically by our suppliers and we are committed to ensuring that our suppliers business practices are aligned with ours.

We rely on effective communication with our suppliers and that they’ll obey the laws that require an ethical, a safe and healthy work environment for their workers. (Onsite audits are currently not being performed).  All our suppliers are aware that failure to comply with our standards may result in termination of our vendor relationship, as we reserve the right to terminate any and all agreements with the supplier.
