Return Policy

Return Policy:

• We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to send it back to us.NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGE only in the form of a STORE CREDIT.
• No exchanges allowed on items such asbodysuits, facemasks, swimwear, undergarments, sale items etc.  

Exchange or Store Credit Eligibility:

• To be eligible for a store credit or an exchange, the returned item(s) must be in the same condition that it was received in.
•  It should be unworn, unwashed, with tags, in its original packaging and has no smell of fragrances.
• There should be NO signs of deodorant, makeup or wear.
• Returns and store credits are processed and issued within 5 business days.

***We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or returned item that does not meet our terms of exchange and return!

Additional Information on our exchange or return policy:

 

• All returned items will be scrutinized upon receipt and if the items do not meet the return or exchange requirements; we will NOT issue any store credit.
• Replacement items that are of a higher price than the original item returned will be subject to the difference in cost borne by the buyer. You will receive an email with  store credit information.
• Please include your order number when processing a return/exchange for a faster processing time.

 

Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for shipping fees to send the item(s) back to Fancy Infinity Clothing.
• Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE!

****Fancy Infinity Clothing isNOT responsible for returns that are lost or stolen while in transit to us.

 

Return Processing time: 

• Returns and store credits are processed and issued within 5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
